Cancellation & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Before confirming your order, we will manually approve the payments. You have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason, but you must do so before the order is confirmed.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can do this by either informing us on WhatsApp or by e-mailing theauguryarcane@candidkryptikcards.store.

If you cancel your order, we will refund you within 10 days using the same payment method as the original order, with no additional fees.

If you decide to cancel your order after the service has been confirmed, you will receive a 50% refund of the order amount. However, if you cancel the order after the appointment has already been scheduled, you will only receive a 20% refund.

Please note that for services requiring the delivery of voice notes by us, there will be no possibility of cancellation after the order has been confirmed.

In the event that we need to reschedule the service or services in your order, we will provide you with the option to either choose a new appointment time or to cancel the appointment and receive a refund.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please make a note that:

• We can be flexible and accommodate changes if the appointment is at least 48 hours away.

• If your appointment is within the next couple of days, there will be an additional charge of 222 INR for rescheduling.

• If the appointment is within the next 24 hours, the rescheduling fee increases to 555 INR.

• For appointments within the next 12 hours, the rescheduling charge is 777 INR, and for appointments within the next 6 hours, it is 999 INR.

• If the appointment is within the next 3 hours, the rescheduling fee is 1111 INR.

Please keep these fees in mind when considering a change in your appointment time. Thank you for your understanding.

In case of any legal matters, we want to make it clear that we have the right to take the case to the Ghaziabad District Session Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India or/and to the Allahabad High Court, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. This means that any disputes or legal issues will be handled within the jurisdiction of the Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, India.
